Photo of the day: On the way back from Grantchester.

Today we walked along the river from Cambridge to Grantchester. A very nice walk with beautiful weather. We ended up at The Orchard. A historic tea garden where Rupert Brooke used to hang out and chill with his mates. "Stands the church clock at ten-to-three And is there honey still for tea?" and all that mallarkey.

I snapped this as we were walking back to Cambridge (don't forget to click for biggerness). This is a path we walked down that had some postcard-perfect cottages which must cost some serious ££££££££££ to buy. I couldn't resist snapping a shot of a row of daffodils as we passed. Daffodils are quite simply the best flowers ever, showing their smiley yellow faces just at the very beginning of spring. I love 'em.

I'll make up for all this girly nonsense with another "Horror Dream Diary" installment very soon...

...I think a good ol' tale of demonic visitation is just what we need to make up for the daffodils.

that is exactly what I had in mind! hahaha! I still got somewhere a little snippet that you wrote ages ago about the 'Vagabomination' which was very well written, I'll have to find it and post it.

Oh yeah, I remembered that recently. Was it something about stuff crawling on the floor? I'd like to read it again if you can find it!
